What payment methods are available at the exhibition?

Visitors can pay cash and credit cards at our checkout points. When purchasing tickets at Cafeteria, our guests can use the OTP / MKB / K&H SZÉP Cards with leisure pocket, the Erzsébet card with culture and gift pockets, and the Erzsébet and Gift voucher gift and culture option.

Is it possible to make photos at the exhibition?

Photographs and videos can be taken anywhere in the exhibition, but without the use of a flash.

Where can I buy tickets for the exhibition?

Tickets can be redeemed at the on-site ticket office, at the Eventim and Jegymester's points of sale and online.

How long can a ticket purchased at the venue be used?

Tickets purchased at the venue ONLY qualify for entry that day. Advance ticket purchase is NOT possible at the venue.

Do I need to buy my ticket in advance?

It is not necessary as it is possible to do this at the on-site ticket offices.

Is it possible to buy tickets for the exhibition in advance?

Yes, it is possible. You can buy tickets in advance at Eventim and Jegymester ticket offices or online.

When to buy a ticket for the exhibition in advance?

Given the high level of interest, knowing the exact date and possibly visiting more than one person at a time.

Is parking available?

Parking is possible in the surrounding streets and in parking houses. On Saturday and Sunday parking is free on the streets of Budapest unless Saturday is a working day.
Recommended: at the Care Park Holló utca parking lot for 25% discount. After viewing the exhibition, they receive a voucher at the box office, which can be validated in the parking lot.

Do you have a cloakroom?

Yes. The cloakroom is optional, but if you use it, it costs 200 Ft for 2 coats / bags / umbrellas. Please leave your luggage, any size backpack, umbrella and bag larger than 30 × 40 × 20 cm in the wardrobe! No bags can be worn on the back, small women's backpacks can only be worn from the front or carried by hand.

Can a stroller attend the exhibition?

For safety reasons it is not possible to bring a stroller to the exhibition. They can park their car on site at a designated safe place and our colleagues will provide a carrier in exchange.

What are the general rules of the exhibition?

You cannot eat or drink in the exhibition space. Small and large backpacks must be provided in the wardrobe. It is strictly forbidden to carry weapons, stabbing and cutting tools into the exhibition space. No size bag can be worn on the back, small women's backpacks can only be worn from the front or carried by hand. Exhibitions that are taken over or put on by the arm, but in a wet coat or winter coat, cannot be visited. It is forbidden to bring bottles, food, drinks, live animals (except guide dogs), children's toys, puncture and cutting equipment, or anything that endangers the health, safety or artwork of visitors and staff. Liquid should only be administered in one bag, max. 0.5 liter bottle. We cannot place live animals, bicycles, scooters.

Is it possible to buy souvenirs on site?

Yes, there is a gift shop at the end of our exhibition that you can choose from.

Is it possible to buy tickets as a gift?

Yes, you can buy a gift card at our on-site ticket points.

Is there a way to take a guided tour?

Transitional rules and measures for health regulations

We look forward to welcoming you from 30 July 2020. We are trying to do everything we can to protect the health of you and our colleagues, so by taking the following steps, we strive to make you feel safe with us. We recommend covering your mouth and nose with a mask or a scarf.
